The phone comes with a 6.73 inches LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and it supports HDR 10+ and HDR vivid which provides a colorful, immersive viewing experience and it comes with 1440 x 3200 pixels of resolution with 3200 nits peaks brightness.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra comes with powerful Qualcomm SM8750-AB Snapdragon 8 Elite which is built on a 3-nanometer process. It is powered by octa-core (2×4.32 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix L + 6×3.53 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix M). It features an Adreno 830 GPU, ensuring smooth performance for heavy gaming. The phone has two RAM options: 12GB and 16GB and it has multiple internal storage options: 256GB, 512GB and 1TB.
